Tri Millennium offers Sprint and Olympic distance triathlon, including duathlon and aquabike options.
NEW FOR 2023... We will do an Individual Time Trial style swim start.

Athletes will be asked to self seed according to their estimated swim pace at the start of the swim.

Awards will be given according to overall chip time.
How do I know where I should place myself for the swim start?
There will be pacing signs posted on the beach by the swim lineup area. If you know your average swim pace or anticipated time to finish you will be able to match yourself up to the appropriate time range posted.
What if I've never raced in open water before or don't know my swim pace?
The aim of a rolling swim start is to provide space among swimmers and allow you to compete as an individual at your pace. If you are unsure or are new to open water swimming, it is ok to set yourself near the back. Your race time doesn't start until you cross the timing mat before entering the water so no matter where you start it's a "you against you" race based on time.
Setting up in the back is also helpful as you limit the opportunities for crowding or bumping into other competitors. The best choice will be the one which helps you have a positive experience, to be safe, to be successful, and contribute to an overall enjoyable race for all.

Injured and can’t run? No worries! TriMillennium includes an aquabike option for both distances.
Terrified of the swim? Good news for you… we also have a dualthlon for our sprint and olympic distances. Have a few of you that want to participate together. Great! Relay options are also available. Racing is always more fun with friends. There really is not a good reason NOT to do this race!
